[users@httpd] Apache module and Oracle connectivity - PRO*C failing - Help Help

Hi,

I am trying to load my test module from Apache. The test module is a DLL 
which is loaded by Apache using LoadLibraryExw call. When I add PRO*C/C++ 
code and link with orasql9.lib then the LoadLibrary call is failing. 

The PRO*C code is below. 

Please Help me.
