Spf plugin doesn't work properly for some mails.

I use SA3.1.7 and I installed SPF plugin. But it seem to doesn't work properly. I get below errors. That is, as far as I can see SPF works for some headers and it doesn't work for some headers.

Wed Dec 27 13:01:17 2006 [12173] info: spamd: processing message <97...@mail.mail.com> for users@domain.com:1001
Wed Dec 27 13:01:17 2006 [12173] dbg: spf: checking HELO (helo=ug-out-1314.mail.com, ip=66.249.92.168)
Wed Dec 27 13:01:18 2006 [12173] dbg: spf: query for /66.249.92.168/ug-out-1314.mail.com: result: none, comment: SPF: domain of sender ug-out-1314.mail.com does not designate mailers
Wed Dec 27 13:01:18 2006 [12173] dbg: spf: cannot get Envelope-From, cannot use SPF
Wed Dec 27 13:01:18 2006 [12173] dbg: spf: def_spf_whitelist_from: could not find useable envelope sender
Wed Dec 27 13:01:18 2006 [12173] dbg: spf: spf_whitelist_from: could not find useable envelope sender

What shall I do ?

missing the envelope sender defination in local.cf ?

for postfix its in local.cf

[snip]
#
# mta is postfix with have default to
# Return-Path for the envelope-sender
#
envelope_sender_header Return-Path
always_trust_envelope_sender 1

[/snip]

adjust to fit your mta, if this is not configured spf test wont work
