Servletexec configuration?

I am attempting to configure Apache-Soap to work properly with the apache
web server and newatlanta's ServletExecApache 2.2.  Does anyone know how to
do this?

I put the xerces.jar and soap.jar in servletexec's classpath but that
doesn't seem to be enough.
