heads up: re-index trunk SimpleText indices!
I just committed LUCENE-3679, which changed the SimpleText codec
format for the field infos.
Other codecs are unaffected.

Damn, I just ported a 5 billion document index to the SimpleText codec, and now you're making me update it?
