Staging folders that were being created as a part of Data loading to Hive table by using spark job, are not cleared.

Staging folder are remaining in Hive External table folders even after Spark job is completed.

This is the same issue mentioned in the ticket:https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-18372

This ticket says the issues was resolved in 1.6.4. But, now i found that it's still existing on 2.0.2.
