   ## What is the purpose of the change
   This PR tried to fix the issue that es6 connector thread was blocked when index failed with retry
   
   ## Brief change log
   
     - *The faliure handler uses seperate RequestIndexer which buffer failed request*
     - *Reindex failed request when invoke next value*
     - *update e2e test*
   
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
     - *Update es6 end-to-end test*
