[ANNOUNCE] Apache Tez 0.6.1

The Apache Tez team is proud to announce the release of Apache Tez version 0.6.1

The Apache Tez project is aimed at creating a framework to build
efficient and scalable data processing applications that can be
modeled as data flow graphs.

This release contains all the bug fixed and improvement made in 0.5.4,
including Tez UI features and bug fixes as part of  0.6.1.

Tez UI fit and finish improvements
Tez UI Live AM view
Timeline Server better error handling
Recovery improvements
Some locking and state transition fixes.
