            Bug ID: 7664
Summary: If you add `add_header all Report_REPORT_` to the
                    setting from version` 3.4.2-r2`, utf-8 's mail may
                    garbled (environment dependent?)
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.4.2

Garbled mail file

The mail coming from Nintendo recently was getting garbled and I was in
trouble.
If I say so, I noticed that I started garbled characters since I upgraded
SpamAssassin.
So I disabled SpamAssassin and got garbled and confirmed the cause.

I tried out commenting out all of `user_prefs` for the time being,
It did not change to garbled characters.

So once you erase all the related files of SpamAssassin and reinstall it and
delete the contents of `user_prefs`,
`add_header all Report _REPORT_`
It turned out to be the cause.

Although deleting this setting file does not get garbled,

Adding a setting as below will garbled.
`spamassassin --cf='add_header all Report _REPORT_' -t <
1543901546.17096_0.sonoda:2,S'

Since I remembered that I got to garbled characters after updating,
When I return SpamAssassin installed in the system to 3.4.1-r21,
Even if I executed the same command, it did not garbled.

I thought about trying it in other environments and installed SpamAssassin on
the desktop PC and tried it, but I did not reproduce it here.
So the reproducibility is a mystery, but I think that there is no doubt that it
is a bug developed in the update.

I attach an example of garbled characters on my server.

I looked at the attached email, together with scanned version with
X-Spam-Report, in claws-mail and they looked the same to me.

Perhaps you broke it while editing, but the email attached has a broken mime
structure - it's missing a closing boundary.

This was fixed in Bug 7657.
