I have added a call to PropertyUtils.clearDescriptors() in ActionServlet's
destroy method.  I did this to SVN head (r153065).  At the moment I don't have
time to deal with patching the 1.2 branch also, although that's probably a good
idea, so I won't mark this resolved yet.
