WebJ project

Hi,

I have an interesting idea for a new project for jakarta.apache.org.

My project is intended to apply the concepts for a rapid application
development (RAD) to the Web programming. Its goal is to allow
web programmers to use the power of Java programming language
and component based event driven application development technology
to develop web applications. For some drafts on the general project
