I propose a generic BashSensor operator where the poke method looks at the return code of a bash command.

The implementation would be similar to the execute method of the BashOperator, except returning True/False based on the command's return code being 0 or not.

This allows the user to easily add custom sensing logic into a DAG by calling her own scripts.
