Widgets: Cell: Only text content of a cell displays correct cursor
------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: XAP-461
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XAP-461

1) Open the cell component test
2) Set 'cursor' for 'testComponent' to 'crosshair'
3) The cursor becomes a crosshari when moved over the text, but if you move it to the right side of the cell, it reverts to the default pointer
