3.0.5 remaining work

http://tinyurl.com/bap3o
Remaining bugs target against the 3.0.5 release. Votes required on all
remaining bugs.

Does 3949 require Daniel to revoke his earlier -1 vote which was based
on information later found to be false?

Rescoring of 3.0.5
==================
3.0.5 would be a lot more useful of an update if we update the scores.
The current scores are more than a year old, which I think is quite bad.
  Since there is large resistance toward running a full mass-check to do
rescoring the proper way, there has been some suggestions that I
manually fudge scores instead.

I suppose I could compare the 3.0.4 to 3.1.0 scores and see where the
largest deltas exist, and manually fudge the 3.0.5 numbers to be closer
to 3.1.0.

Can anybody think of a better way to manually fudge the scores, or would
people with a sizable corpus be interested in participating in a smaller
scale mass-check instead?
