r170_20171210.patch: (depends on RATIS-140)
- adds async support to FileStoreClient and FileInfo;
- adds TestFileStoreAsyncWithGrpc.

The new async test uses only a singe client to submit all async calls.  But it is about 50% faster than the multi-threaded non-async TestFileStoreWithGrpc
