Generating sample XML from schema

Hi all,

Is there any way that I can use xmlbeans to generate sample xml files from a schema? I know that I can compile (load) a schema into SchemaTypeSystem, but I don't know how to use this to generate a sample xml file? Does anyone that has done this before? Hopefully you can give me some advice.
