Cocoon usr guide

Hi

Has anybody produced a PDF or similar format user/programmer guide for Cocoon 1. Or maybe somebody has written a book that I could buy. I would realy like to get my hands on one as I travel a lot and don't want to have to carry around my laptop just to read the HTML pages.
