[jira] [Updated] (BIGTOP-1959) Avoid running top-level assembly while doing deploy for subprojects

Konstantin Boudnik updated BIGTOP-1959:
---------------------------------------
    Description:
Per [release wiki|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/BIGTOP/How+to+release] we need to manually remove assembly plugin from the top-level POM file in order to deploy the subprojects' artifacts. This is a huge nuance and is out-right wrong. Let's find the way to disable the assembly execution in the subprojects.
