### Description
Fixes a bug with `FrontCodedIndexedWriter` and `FrontCodedIntArrayIndexedWriter` which were not counting the null value for the `getCardinality` method, which is used by the new nested common format columns for handling value dictionaries during merge and serialization. This results in array index out of bounds exceptions since the mutable bitmap array is initialized from the value cardinality.
The added lines in the tests would cause them all to fail without the changes to the writers.
