[I] The atr client does not allow to set PAT token from stdin (tooling-releases-client)

The way how to set token in atr is this:
```
Usage: atr set PATH VALUE
Set a configuration value using dot notation.
╭─ Arguments ───────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────╮
│ * PATH [required] │
│ * VALUE [required] │
╰─────────────────────────────
```
This does not allow to pass PAT tokens in a **really** secure way - if you do it in command line, the token will be stored in history.
One good way of doing it is to allow `--stdin` option to paste the value.
