The idea with Web Services is that it doesn't matter what the Web
Service
code is written in.  You should be able to write it in any language and
access 
it with any language.  If you want to write a Java client, follow the
instructions 
and demos on the Apache site.  The wsdltojava tool will generate client
and server
code for you (at least with axis, don't know anything about axis2).
Give it a try
and then you will be able to ask more specific questions.
