Bamboo back up and running

With a little help from Tim at Formos, I now have the latest and greatest
Bamboo running.

They've improved the UI a bit in the 1.0.5 release.

Things are set up now as a Jetty instance; we can use the space for other
things besides Bamboo, including live demos, SVN or Maven repositories, etc.

One more thing to work on after I get back from JavaOne.
