Josh Elser resolved ACCUMULO-1212.

    Resolution: Fixed

All but org.apache.accumulo.test.randomwalk.FrameworkTest and some Jetty logging in the VFS unit tests were fairly easily squashed. We include the slf4j-nop jar at test time for accumulo-start, so I'm not sure why were were getting the STDERR logger. I'll open a separate issue for that.

Fixed in r1461934.
