Collection of use cases

Dear all,

I will start with an collection of use cases as basis for the ongoing 
discussions. To be honest I absolutly disappointed about the current way 
of discussion.

As I have said more then once - and I know I am not the only one - we 
should develop and discuss based on use cases.

Therefor I will put a new document into the repository and start to 
collect the use cases I would like to see covered by Tamaya. Until the 
beginning of February I will not touch any code and only write down 
small use cases.

I would be very happy if other would contribute to this.
