ApacheCon report

Folks,

I'm talking to a bunch of people here at the con and many of them would 
like to use forrest.... but!

I'll try to shop around for those reasons. The one I found so far is:

xalan and xerces would *love* to get rid of stylebook, but they are 
afraid of the transition between the stylebook DTD and the document DTD 
that forrest uses by default.

I would suggest we try to attack that problem as soon as possible.

More as we go.
