[jira] [Created] (INFRA-12673) Can't reach svn.apache.org from Adobe's Tokyo Office

Tobias Bocanegra created INFRA-12673:
----------------------------------------

             Summary: Can't reach svn.apache.org from Adobe's Tokyo Office
                 Key: INFRA-12673
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12673
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Subversion
            Reporter: Tobias Bocanegra

Hi,

I can't reach svn.apache.org port 80 or 443 from Adobe's office in Tokyo. I initially thought it was a problem on Adobe's firewall, but they said the rules are ok:

Hello Tobias,

I connected over Tokyo VPN and tried to connect to svn.apache.org. At the same time, I checked logs and noticed that though the site did not respond but firewall is allowing the traffic to the site and so is the websense device.

It seems there is a routing problem between adobe and service provider.
Is there a way you can check with service website owner and find out if our Tokyo external IP is blocked as their end?
{blockquote}

The external IP is: 202.32.93.230

Thanks.
Regards, Toby
