Serialization gets NPE with no namespace context
------------------------------------------------
Key: WSCOMMONS-426
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSCOMMONS-426
Project: WS-Commons
Issue Type: Bug
Components: XmlSchema
Affects Versions: XmlSchema 1.4.3

If you try to serialize an XmlSchema with no namespace context set at all, you get an NPE. This should be the same as serializing with an empty namespace prefix list.
