add entry project for "powered by"

Hi,

a) have enabled my project 
http://millionenklick.sourceforge.net/
to maven.  Superb tool.  It's a tiny one, but please add to "powered by"
list.

b) To whom to address new entries for "powered by"?

Possibly someone could add a mail address (which person?  to mailing
list?) to poweredby.xml since IMHO it would be nice to know to whom to
send such a info to.
