After implementing IGNITE-18156 Need to provide DDL commands and their handlers to configure zones configuration in, as well as translation to these command from AST representation.

As a result, we will be able to translate AST to a command (see {{{}DdlSqlToCommandConverter{}}}) and execute this command in order to apply changes to configuration (see {{{}DdlCommandHandler{}}}).
