www.incubator.apache.org goes to apache.org
This matters because Yahoo! searches (at least) for "apache incubator" pull up `www.incubator.apache.org` rhater than `incubator.apache.org`. The result being that people get lost when looking for the incubator.
Proposed Action:
- setup `www.incubator.apache.org` => incubator.apache.org redirect
