Supplying a patch
What is the process of supplying a patch. I have written some code
around providing static IP (manual IP address assignment in vCloud),
wanted to know the best way to supply back to lib cloud?
I have never submitted a patch before :) so please excuse the noob
question.

The best way to contribute is to open a ticket on our ticket tracker (
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LIBCLOUD) and attach your patch there.
The process is described at http://libcloud.apache.org/contributing.html
No problem and let us know if you have any more questions.
