**Describe the bug**
When I click "master documentation" on http://pulsar.apache.org/en/versions/, it navigates to the [doc page](http://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/next/standalone/) without navigation bar.
If I click "documentation" for other versions, it navigates to the doc page with navigation bar.
**Expected behavior**
The master documentation should also be displayed with navigation bar.

I checked the sidebars.json file in the master branch, compared it with sidebars.json in the versioned_sidebars folder, and did not find notable format issues.
I'm not sure whether it has anything to do with the sidebar.json file, or some other files related to build?
