Questions about 64 bit Netbeans 10

To whom it may concern,

Can someone please address my two questions
and email me back at

-Does the CodeName One plugin use its own internal JVM,
or can it virtualise a smartphone environment while using a
separately applied JVM, from the Java Platforms area?

-Under Tools\Options\[Fonts and Colours]  whereabouts is
the option to change the syntax colour for the triple dots
on the varags specifier,  [...]  ?
