update the bluesky website

Hi QinJian,

I found there are some inappropriate contents on bluesky website, I think we
should update the bluesky website now.
Here are my advices:

1.index.html page:
for Overview part,delete the XPlayer paragraph, for News part, delete all
the news messages, just left "May 21, 2008 - Apache Bluesky is now an
Distance Education ASF project!"

2.http://incubator.apache.org/bluesky/files/html/XPlayer.html ,delete this
html file and all links to it.

3. http://incubator.apache.org/bluesky/files/html/Downloads.html ,delete the
xplayer download part and Library Support part.
   modify the last  XPlayer title to MERSMP.
