Apache2, CGI (Perl), Win2k

I'm having trouble getting CGI scripts to run.  The log file says it 
can't find the file.  But I've had several others verify that the file 
is there.  Any ideas?

BTW, If I change the AddHandler directive to have another module process 
the file, then the text of the file (script) is displayed (this should 
prove the file is actually there).
