new C-I system

Hey all --

we new have a new, much-improved continuous-integration system; Hudson.
Take a look:

    http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/view/SpamAssassin/

It's significantly nicer than our old Buildbot at

    http://buildbot.spamassassin.org/

which I'll decommission soon.

(It also moves load from our own ASF zone, to a shared zone, so is good
for our infrastructure.)
