URGENT Questions: Remove other editors, macro for an image to show per each blog
I have two urgent questions as we're going live on Monday and its super
important I get this situated.
I need to load a graphic in the theme based on the userName.
For example say i create Username "bob" and the Blog resides at
"/page/bob/"
I need to have the theme to set the logo based on userName... for
example bob's logo would be /images/bob-logo.gif and tom's would be
/images/tom-logo.gif
Any ideas?"
I saw this Macro, showResourceImage, but we don't want to modify the
Weblog.vm templates for each blog if we don't have to to point to
separate images...if anyone ever selected another theme and then went
back to select the main theme, the code would disappear.
Declaration macro ( showResourceImage $fileName $linkUrl $alt $border
$halign $valign ) Parameters
Synopsys
Show an image IMG tag for an image you have uploaded to Roller,
optionally surrounded with an 'A HREF' link tag
Also, I need to know how to disable the other types of editors so no one
changes them on us accidentally. Can someone tell me how to just have
one default editor? Thanks.
By the way Dave...it's showRecentEntriesInCategory (10 "/CategoryName"),
that's the correct syntax, and you can use both RecentEntries and
RecentEntriesInCategories in the sidebar! Cool!

Matt's $userName suggestions should work here.

You can set the list of available editors on the Admin:Configuration
page. There is a comma separated list of editor JSP files there. Remove
all but the one that you want.

You should be able to use /images/$userName-logo.gif
