[jira] [Updated] (LOG4J2-766) Incomplete documentation for JSONLayout

Bruno P. Kinoshita updated LOG4J2-766:
--------------------------------------

    Attachment: LOG4J-766-1.png
                LOG4J2-766.patch

Patch that includes a table with the properties for JSONLayout. A screenshot with the rendered page is attached as well (LOG4J-766-1.png).

> The JSONLayout documentation lacks information about the "locationInfo" and "properties" parameters.

The table contains the locationInfo parameter, which also links to the locationInfo description in the page. The properties is there in the table as well.

> And the information about the "charset" parameter seems to be a bit inaccurate (it doesn't mention that UTF-8 is used by default).

It was already there, so probably someone included in trunk, but also added to the table.

Hope that helps, used log4j long time ago, first time trying 2.0, and I liked being able to learn that I can now easily output JSON with it.
