Finished several server tasks

Hi people.

I have finished several server tasks, and also migrated to the more recent
Jackrabbit SVN build. The main problem is that due to a change they did on
final december regarding system indexing, I have to modify a bit the
jLibrary internal structure. So, all repositories won't be compatible. This
looks hard, but well, it was something that it must happen, soon or later as
they are continuosly changing things until final version.

The good news, is that export-import will fix those incompatibilities for
you, so jlibrary users only will have to export repositories and import them
again, and all will be fun :)

I'll leverage this oportunity to create a document explaining the internal
node type structure, in beta4 and in the current version. I hope to have
this document in a few days.
