[RELEASE]: Issue 119092 desktop-integration contains previous versions of rpm packages if the source tree is not clean

Hi,

I marked this issue as no show stopper because it is a minor build 
problem only. As Ariel has analyzed it only occurs if you don't build 
with a clean module. A simple dmake clean solve this problem.

I really don't see any of our criteria matching here.
