[PR] Improved: Point to release24.09 as the stable branch on Source Repository and Developers pages [ofbiz-site]

mridulpathak opened a new pull request, #31:

   The Source Repository and Developers pages labeled release18.12 as "(stable)"
   while release24.09 — the actual current stable branch — had no label.
   release18.12 was announced EOL on 2025-05-08 (only future security patches,
   no more feature/bugfix releases) and release24.09 was voted in as the next
   stable branch in September 2024. This removes the release18.12 entries and
   labels release24.09 "(stable)" instead, matching how release17.12 was
   dropped from these same pages when release18.12 became stable (b432630).
