   Hi @tc-joegiralt, no it is not. Instructure has been leading the development and much of the development has happened in their fork here: https://github.com/instructure/pulsar-client-ruby
   
   The goal is to get that all mainlined under apache, but there needs to be work put into the release process under Apache that has blocked this. 
   
   That should we should still get the code merged here first and then we can work towards getting the release process in place
