[jira] [Updated] (INFRA-12456) Reduce verbosity of GitHub posts in JIRA

Maximilian Michels updated INFRA-12456:
---------------------------------------
    Description:
At Apache Flink we found that the GitHub mirroring functionality makes the JIRA issues hard to read. It seems impossible to have a discussion in JIRA once a pull request for the issue has been opened because the mirroring spams the JIRA issue with GitHub comments and diffs.

I know other projects only mirror the initial pull request description. We would like to know if we could switch to this mode as well.
