ConsoleProxy RPM

In  CloudStack 4.0 release  there was RPM for console proxy (cloud-console-proxy-4.0.0-1.el6.x86_64.rpm); this is not available in 4.2.0 release.

Is this this merged with any other RPMs ?  any idea about this ?
