Unable to read a visually empty row in XLS

Hi,

I have a simple XlsReader (source attached) to read and output an xls (also
attached), and i am using the poi-3.10-final jar. However, it is not
registering row 6 that is visually empty. The output of XlsReader.java is
as:


Buyer: Staci Hendrickson Project: PRJ211 Vend SWN
Asst. Buyer: Caitlin Miller Flat
Division: 10.0 Live Date: 3.7.14 FlatAlt

Delivery/Billing Code MasterID PageID MerchID Sample Status? Vendor Name Vendor

Trio VEND update hero image with one in folder and use existing image as
the alt image


I was expecting a row above 133.0, why is it the POI library not picking it
up? In our project it is causing formatting issues further up in the
workflow.

Have you read http://poi.apache.org/spreadsheet/quick-guide.html#Iterator 
?

"Looks empty" != present/absent from file
