Parsing enhancer output

I've very recently started using Stanbol and I am trying to get to grips
with the output delivered by the stanbol enhancer, or more accurately the
dbpedia disambiguation chain (
http://localhost:8080/enhancer/chain/dbpedia-disambiguation).

When using the default example snippet:
"The Stanbol enhancer can detect famous cities such as Paris and people
such as Bob Marley"
asking for the output in json-ld I get a json array with 20 entries (
http://pastebin.com/g0DB5zSy).

Now, what I don't grasp is how I link, e.g. the Paris Masters entry (
http://pastebin.com/2ZdgiztB) to which part of the given text input (the
example snippet above) it is related to.

Pointers appreciated.

Best,
Alan
