to it's masthead, it was last update 18-Feb-2003 (1.0-beta-9).
1) Is this site maintained by the Maven development team?
2) If #1 is true, then it need to be updated.

It's technically owned by me but anyone who wants to add something to it
is free too. I copied over the site at one point but haven't really kept
it updated. All I really care about is the front-page.
It's a place where plugins could live (those that can't be placed at
apache because of licensing problems) or anything else.
