Japanese error message (bug 11521)

Can someone take a look at the attachment on bug 11521
(http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=11521) and either
accept it or reject it? It's an error message in Japanese. Also, due to
its age, it may no longer be applicable. If so, please go ahead and
close the bug with a remark to that effect. Thanks.
I'm making a concerted effort to get the 2 and 3 year old documentation
bugs closed. It's kinda silly that there are so many of them that are
that old, and it would be nice if a handful of people could make a new
years resolution to close a bug or two so that we can get them knocked
out. :-)

There was a discussion about this report long long time ago, that
it is so long that everyone could think over and over, and could
forget cleanly. :-p
I submitted a patch to this list at that time because I did not
have a commit access. I'd like to check these patch again now.
# OK? Any suggestions from yoshiki, marika or other Japanese staff?
I'll commit them into 2.1 repository soon.
