[jira] [Created] (PHOENIX-7568) Replication Log Reader
Kadir Ozdemir created PHOENIX-7568:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Replication Log Reader
Key: PHOENIX-7568
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-7568
Project: Phoenix
Issue Type: Sub-task
Reporter: Kadir Ozdemir
Assignee: Himanshu Gwalani
As described in the [design document|https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U2ULZ1xENDxGhAxdy5U0JYGVO5790VR5AOAJMiXHIPc/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.uykocsryqxg1] for PHOENIX-7562, Replication Log Reader incorporates a set of threads on the standby cluster that consume the incoming replication log files, written by the source side, and applies the changes to the local HBase tables. It continuously replays and applies the replication logs so that the standby cluster remains as close to in-sync with the active cluster as possible.
This subtask is to further design and implement Replication Log Reader.
