[ANNOUNCE] Apache ManifoldCF 1.1.1 has been released

Announcing the release of Apache ManifoldCF 1.1.1.  This patch release
corrects the following problems present in release 1.1:

(1) Loss of connection handles over time, which eventually makes
crawling grind to a halt.
(2) Maven build issues.
(3) Elastic Search connector inability to handle the 201 HTTP response
properly, causing retries on some successfully indexed documents.
