[jira] Commented: (CXF-6) jaxws-api, jsr181-api should be optional in cxf-common pom

Daniel Kulp commented on CXF-6:
-------------------------------

I've made the "jaxws-api" dependency "provided" in many places and removed the dependencies for api and rt/core. That's a start. Still need to do the jsr181 and jsr250 jars.

> We should declare jaxws-api and jsr181-api as "optional" or "provided" in the cxf-common pom right now. It is completely possible now for modules like the soap to depend on jax-ws. And they do. In several places classes throw WebServiceExceptions instead of our own internal exceptions.
